Nordic walking poles provide accessible, fun and physical recreational activity for those with balance and mobility issues. Nordic walking has been proven to be beneficial to a wide range of neurological conditions including Parkinson Disease, multiple sclerosis, spinal cord injury and stroke. People with imbalance, decreased confidence walking outside and upper or lower body weakness will also find benefit.
